Paredes ha sido beneficiaria del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional cuyo objetivo es mejorar el uso y la calidad de las tecnologías de la información y de las comunicaciones y el acceso a las mismas y gracias al que ha realizado el proyecto "Desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles" para la mejora de competitividad y productividad de la empresa 2018. Para ello ha contado con el apoyo del programa TICs Cámaras de la Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria, Servicios y Navegación de Alicante.

PAREDES está desarrollando el proyecto “Desarrollo de calzado adaptado al entorno laboral y nuevo modelo de negocio”. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo investigar, desarrollar y experimentar un sistema inteligente de selección de calzado y plantilla para calzado EPI basado en la relación del conjunto zapato-plantilla, la distribución de presión plantar y las características del puesto de trabajo, que le permita ofrecer un EPI personalizado adaptado a las necesidades particulares de cada usuario individualizado.

El proyecto PDS_HEALTH se inició en febrero de 2019, en Elche (Alicante), y finalizará en enero de 2021, contando con un presupuesto de 281.432€ cofinanciado por CDTI y FEDER (Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional).

PAREDES ha desarrollado el proyecto “Centro de desarrollo de calzado”. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo el diseño y puesta en marcha de una unidad funcional que permita el estudio de la pisada y el ensayo de los calzados tanto dinámica como físicamente para cumplir las directivas y normativas que rigen este tipo de calzado.

El proyecto PDSLab se inició en noviembre de 2018, en Elche (Alicante), y finalizó en abril de 2020, contando con un presupuesto de 277.544€ cofinanciado por CDTI y FEDER (Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional).

PAREDES ha desarrollado el proyecto "Inversión en línea de fabricación de mascarillas con mayor capacidad de retención de gota". Este proyecto tiene como objetivo la inversión, instalación y puesta en marcha de un sistema automatizado de alta producción de mascarillas FFP2/3, que incorpora un novedoso sistema para aumentar la tensión superficial por medios físicos del material no tejido, lo que confiere a la mascarilla fabricada mayor capacidad de retención de gota.

El proyecto MASDROP se inició en junio de 2020, en Elche (Alicante), y finalizó en octubre de 2020, contando con un presupuesto de 618.580,00 € cofinanciado por CDTI y FEDER (Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional).

Paredes colabora con ASPANIAS. Asociación sin ánimo de lucro a favor de las personas con Discapacidad Intelectual de Elche que tiene como fin "La defensa de la calidad de vida de las personas con discapacidad intelectual y sus familias".
